In an attempt to save a forest or two, we are no longer using paper handouts with our workshops. All the material from today's workshop is available at www.pocketprof.org/prez - this info is also available from the presenter's PDA and can be beamed amongst workshop participants - see below:

1. Launch Contacts with button 2
2. Click Tools | Receive via infrared

To send
1. Launch Contacts with button 2
2. Tap & hold PocketProf address card
3. Click Send via InfraRed

 To receive
1. Simply point IR port with power on

To send
1. Launch Contacts with button 2
2. Select PocketProf address card
3. Click Menu drop-down icon
4. Click on Beam Address

Cross-platform Beaming

Beaming between the two different platforms is more difficult. You either need PeaceMaker (free from Conduits) or a PocketPC running the 2002 interface. Your presenter is set up to beam to either platform.
